Prepare a Japanese explanation PDF in three free steps. Optionally use a photo to help describe the item and search for nearby places to report it. The PDF stays in Japanese whichever language you use here.
Three steps to your Japanese sheet
Choose lost or found and describe the item.
Add the time, place and contact details.
Review the Japanese sheet. Show it, save it as a PDF, or download the JSON.
Start with an existing photo
Select a photo, crop to the item and review suggested item types and colours. Edit before applying. Analysis runs on your device; first use downloads a recognition model. Suggestions may miss items or colours. Brand, serial number and material are never filled automatically.
Find somewhere to report
Choose “Use my location” or enter an area or station. Open a nearby kōban or operator lost-property search. Your current location is separate from where the item was lost or found. A listing does not mean your item is held there.
How the information connects
One JSON record supplies the form and Japanese PDF. If you have both a lost-report and a found-report JSON, compare seven item fields manually. There is no automatic search across users or submission to police.
This sheet helps explain what happened. Official acceptance is handled by the police or responsible facility; creating the sheet does not complete a report or handover.
